The four-course dinner menu includes luscious dishes from The 100-Foot Journey, Like Water for Chocolate, Chocolat and Eat, Drink, Man, Woman.
Participants will create this delicious global menu under the guidance of chef Anne, then sit to dine on their creations paired with specially-selected local sparkling, still and dessert wines.
