Join Seafood Watch, the Jordan team and leading chefs from Healdsburg and beyond for an afternoon of sustainable dining at the winery’s opulent chateau. You’ll taste the bounty of Healdsburg’s locally raised meats and produce and enjoy sustainable seafood in dishes prepared by chefs who are committed to creating delectable ocean-friendly cuisine. The elegant strolling reception will include cooking demos in the barrel room, tastes of Jordan’s award-winning sustainable wines and the opportunity to meet some of Healdsburg’s most talented culinary leaders.
