Sonoma County First District Supervisor Gorin and the Sonoma County Human Services Department in partnership with Health Action, The Community Foundation, the Sonoma Valley Fund, and the Sonoma Valley Chamber of Commerce will host a two part information session and workshop for local organizations to learn about how their organization can participate in Upstream Investments. The first half of the workshop will provide an overview of the Upstream Policy Initiative. The second half of the workshop will explain the Portfolio application process to program implementers.
