Regional Parks presents the Russian River Festival, 31 days of outdoor adventure on Sonoma County’s summer playground. Throughout July, they will share all the cool ways you can explore and enjoy the Russian River. Whether you’re canoeing, picnicking, hiking, swimming or just lazing about, time on the river is a summer tradition, and the Russian River Festival connects you with a month of happenings all along the river.

During the Russian River Festival, you also can join our recreation partners for paddling, camping, birding, fishing, conservation projects, historical reenactments, educational tours and much more. Plus, river communities are hosting firework displays, concerts, art shows, farmers markets and other summer must-dos.
