Relish Culinary Adventures is excited to have Chef Elissa Rubin-Mahon, owner of the Good Food Award-Winning Artisan Preserves, lead this class on delicious summer jams using local farm-fresh fruit and natural methods (read: no pectin or other additives). Participants will make each of the jams from scratch.
