Chef Andrew Wilson has created a seasonal three-course tasting menu for the night and will be featuring dishes like White Sea Bass with emon bulgar wheat salad, baby carrots, shaved fennel, and lemon caper beurre blanc. Veteran jazz guitarist Randy Vincent, who brings his trio to the Healdsburg Jazz Festival this year, has had a long and abiding connection with the jazz realm for more than thirty years, as a versatile player who has played alongside legends like Joe Henderson, Dizzy Gillespie and Bobby Hutcherson, and has led his own projects over the years, on stages, festivals and in studios.
