Pilates ProWorks, an outside-the-box fitness concept centered on the fundamentals of classical Pilates with a modern, innovative twist, invites the Sonoma community to preview its new studio during an open house celebration. Pairing bites and drinks with fitness demonstrations, Pilates ProWorks Sonoma’s open house – hosted by owners, Beverly Aaberg and Perry Pownall – will give guests a sneak peek of the beautiful new studio along with an introduction to the concept. Guests will also receive a free class voucher and the chance to win a grand prize giveaway of unlimited classes for one month.
