The MasterCard Performance Series is an amalgam of world-renowned classical, instrumental, vocal, and jazz artists who will perform at the Green Music Center, located at Sonoma State University, this summer.

Bluegrass, folk, country, and classical elements combine in the musical offerings of mandolinist/composer Chris Thile, of Nickel Creek and the Punch Brothers, and bassist/composer Edger Meyer, a three time Grammy Award winner and the first ever bassist to win the Avery Fisher Prize. The mutual respect and rich musical dialogue between these two MacArthur Fellow players is unmistakable.
