Stab binding was a popular form of book binding style in Korea dating from the thirteenth century. Sonoma County Museum welcomes all to learn this ancient sewn binding in this three-hour class. Students will make at least two books, starting with an easy and sewn one that can be used for a photo book or journal. Using unusual papers and threads, students can then try more complex stitching patterns and make unique books to treasure.
