“Pig out Feast” is a must for bacon lovers! This is a hands-on class is for both novice chefs and advanced cooks and is hosted by Chef Khambay Khamsyporter and Olea Hotel. Taste your creations with a wine-paired dinner following the cooking class.

Menu will include: 
  • Arugula salad with bacon sherry vinaigrette, cranberries and chèvre
  • Pulled pork ravioli with apple cider beurre blanc
  • Seared pork chops with garlic mashed potatoes, gravy, and maple bacon brussels sprouts
  • Chocolate tarts with bacon gelato and chicharrones
Approx. a three hour class followed by a self serve-style dinner. Wines provided by Talisman Wines.
