Benny Green, the virtuosic pianist raised in Berkeley, California, but a world citizen for the past  quarter century, played with Art Blakey, Ray Brown’s famed trio and Green’s own hero Oscar  Peterson, and has led his own trio for years, and plays in Healdsburg in hot, empathetic kinship with bassist David Wong and drummer Rodney Green.
