Chef Tom Schmidt's inspired wine country cuisine changes seasonally to take advantage of the abundance of locally grown fresh foods. Tom works personally with more than 30 Sonoma County farmers and food producers to secure the best and freshest ingredients for his menus, and he also oversees the restaurant's own on-site fruit, vegetable, and herb gardens.
