Classically trained French Chef Michel Cornu will bring his unique style of culinary excellence with a special dinner in the caves of Buena Vista. After creating the culinary program at Auberge du Soleil, and a stint as executive chef at Far Niente, Chef Cornu began the culinary program for the Boisset Collection at Raymond Winery in Napa in 2011. Chef Cornu uses the biodynamic gardens at Raymond and DeLoach wineries to create dishes of legendary flavor, beauty, finesse, and power.
