On Sunday, January 31st, Spoonbar’s master mixologist, Alec Veastnik, will host an afternoon dedicated to exploring an under appreciated, but integral component of nearly all cocktails: bitters! Alec will educate guests on the history behind digestives and the purpose they serve in a variety of libations. the class will explore the possibilities of infused bitters and the endless flavor options, one can create, from cranberry and jalapeno with bacon or cassia and instruct guests how to infuse their own at home. Experience also includes two cocktails per guest and personalized take-home recipes.
