As part of Hands on Healdsburg’s 50 days of activities throughout January and February, join Cartograph Wines for a unique tasting with Alan, the winemaker. He has created a new tasting experience called “Inside Pinot” that lets visitors sample along as he gives a verbal and visual tour of how pinot noir is made. Alan will lead you through a full cycle of pinot noir from the juice during harvest through fermentation, bottling, and aging.
